Black Wall Street Square Project

Inspired by the late Terry McGee’s commitment to property development in underserved areas, Black Wall Street Square aims to pay homage to North Tulsa’s unique history while providing modern, energy-efficient housing options. Situated on the northeast corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and East Reading Street, this development will feature 25 single-family townhomes that blend contemporary design with the traditional brownstone architecture of the historic Greenwood District.
